As I haven't joined yet, I do not have one. But my name will certainly include "Joel".
Do you have a working microphone:
Yes.

How old are you:
15
What is your predicted activity weekly:
Able to connect every single day, for at least 2 hours unless I've put up an LOA.
Have you received any punishments on the server:
No
Do you have any previous experience as event staff:
Yes - Werwolf Gaming, Icefuse and a lot of smaller servers that have shut down due to the lack of finances.
Do you understand the importance of event staff:
Yes
Why do you think you should be event staff(100 Words Min.):
The server is new and doesn't have a fully assembled event staff team, thus I believe that recruiting someone with experience as this role would be a good idea. I've got a good idea of how to run events, basically how to start it, narrate it and finally how to end it. I personally like to have a document where a campaign is written, where we've got 10+ events written down that link together, so there's some form of story behind everything.
I'm also able to be active on the server, and host events frequently and assist in other event staff members events.
Why do you stand out among other candidates(100 Words Min.):
I stand out from the other applicants due to my experience, (possible) activity, and determination to make sure that every single event is fair and fun for every single person on the server. Each of my events has a backstory. An example would be that the Deathwatch is increasing their presence on imperial controlled worlds, and are inspiring civilians, who'd otherwise be loyal to the empire to join their ranks. I'm able to mix PassiveRP with full frontal combat during my events.
Due to my past experiences, I know how to properly mix event characters and regular NPCs, and when to not use NPCs or actual players for the events.
Scenario Questions:
What would you do if there was a minge interfering with your and event ruining it:
It really depends on the event that I am hosting. If I'm hosting more of an "unserious" event (going by that the server is Semi-Serious) I could possibly bring him in as an event character. This, of course, depends on if he has a microphone and if he's actually funny when "minging". We've all seen the Youtube videos of events where there are mingy event characters, and it can really be hilarious.
If he's not one actually funny or doesn't have a microphone I'd bring it to the attention to the staff team and let them deal with it. As in all honesty, dealing with minges is the staff teams job and not the event staffs.
What would you do if your event does not go as planned(100 Words Min.):
If this were the case, I could always simply round it up with the "{xyz faction} attacks the engine room, go defend it" cliche. This is obviously not optimal and is not available in certain situations depending on how "ruined" the event is. If that is not an option I'd do my best to round up the event as fast as possible. Now if the event is shorter than roughly 15 minutes, I'd attempt to "save" the original idea instead of saving it for later.
As I said previously it's all dependant on the situation and it's incredibly hard for me to sit here and try to explain what I would do in a certain circumstance.
When starting an event who would you inform/explain the contents of the event so that it goes as planned:
I'd inform the "event leaders", basically a couple of OD's, most likely the highest ranking admirals online.
Would you rather have 1 strong Enemy or a lot of weak ones: Explain your choice:
I'd like to mix the two together. The 1 strong enemy being an Event Character and the others being NPCs. This is way more fun since there's a lot more combat included, and actually decently hard.
Anything else:
As the title suggests; put on hold until the server is open.
