Do you have any experience in staffing: Yes, I have tons of experience, been various ranks in various servers and communities including this exact server.
How old are you: 15 will be 16 in 2 months
Estimated playtime on the server weekly: If we do advance to MRP, then 1 hour every school day, and about 3 hours each day on the weekend, so 11 hours a week. (considering a part time job is 20 hours a week)
What do you aim to achieve in our staff team: I aim to improve myself as a person
Why do you stand out among other candidates(100 Words Min.): First of all, until 5 minutes ago I was an administrator on this exact server, I have tons of experience wether it be staffing or developing, etc. I have had my own servers and communities, I have put A LOT of time gathering experience and knowledge to become a better staff member, I like to think I'm a good person, but of course that's subjective, I'm normally professional but I also believe it's a good thing to have both a good personnal and professional relationship with everyone in the staff member. One of my biggest qualities is my loyalty (which sometimes fucks me over) and my preserverance.
What can you offer us if you get accepted as staff(100 Words Min.): I will offer you a good, dedicated, loyal and friendly staff member, I can play around sometimes but while on duty I will never mess around, I'll also be active since I enjoy the MRP gamemode and with some luck I will be able to be accepted to the position of SAS Commander which will of course give me ANOTHER reason to come online since I REALLY, but REALLY enjoy playing MRP, specially as SAS and since Lucas is going for ISIS and he's pretty active I know I'll always have something to do, wether it be staffing, or having fun rping :) Anyways, you'll get the same awesome administrator that you had but without the activity problem ;)
Why should we pick you as a staff: I've been picked as a staff member before, and yes, I was a bit inactive, since I did not enjoy the gamemode we were on, that's one of the main reasons I resigned, because I could be online, but if there wasn't anything to do staff-related, I wouldn't enjoy my time on the server at all, which contributed to my inactivity in a big way.
What's your reason for wanting to be staff: I've always liked to help people, to be the one people go to when they need help, I've always been that dude that would get into a fight cause while everybody watched 2 guys fight, I'd get in the middle of them and break them up even though I would get hit a lot of times during that period of time. And I just relate to it, when i was 9 til I was 12 I was in a firefighter academy and we basically were taught to respect people, to help people in every way we can, etc. so in a way this "job" has a lot to do with my actual personality.
If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member: Well, they don't have to salute to me, wether I'm a staff member or not that shouldn't interfere with in-rp situations.
You haven’t done your duties as a staff member for a whole week, what do you do? How do you handle this: For a whole week? Without posting it on LOA, I would of been surprised that I hadn't been demoted yet, and obviously I'd try my hardest to be more active since a week is a pretty big amount of time to be inactive for, specially with our small playerbase we need to be as active as we can every day so more people will join and enjoy the server.
There's an argument between you and another staff member. What do you do? how do you handle this: Depends if it's a personnal argument or a professional one, if it's a professional one then I'd continue the argument since if I am wrong, then, well, I want to know I'm wrong, so I can learn and fix my behavior and act accordingly, if it was a personnal one then obviously I would discuss it in our DMs and I wouldn't let it affect my professional relationship with that person at all.
A ST went up to the Main Control Room and he pressed the Alarm, you're the first staff to arrive. What do you do: !jailtp him on top of the ship, turn off the alarm, OOC that it was a false alarm, and punish him accordingly.
Anything else: Please bruh I'm really depressed right now
