As I said I have never been staff before, but I am eager to learn to how to be staff, and here is a good place to start. I also am outgoing, adaptable and ambitious, I have a strong desire to succeed. I am also harsh but fair, if a minge is misbehaving and is being very difficult about a situation I don't give him extra punishment just because I don't like him, I give them the correct punishment , no matter what. And also want people to have a good time, I will not back down to deal with a situation. I will try to be on as much as possible and I honestly feel this server will succeed , and i want to be there when it does, as a staff member, I want to provide a fun time for the players on the server but a serious time at that, I can help where I can. And even though I am new to staffing I have seen a ot of people staffing and know how they deal with situations and I can do my best, I will get better with time and eventually become a good staff member.[/b] [b][color=#2980b9]Why should we pick you as a staff: [/color]I would be very active on the server and I know all the responsibilities that come with being staff. I can help new players, and deal with mingy ones. I want to as i said help new players out and just generally be a nice friendly, helpful staff member. [color=#2980b9]If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member: [/color]This situation does not require a staff member to interviene as a staff member is OOC, however if I was in my Trooper job, as a 2nd LT+ I would simply tell him to salute me, and any other 2nd LT+. I would Do more than my regular duties the next week to make up for it. [color=#2980b9]There's an argument between you and another staff member. What do you do? how do you handle this:[/color] I know that an argument between two troopers is bad enough, so an argument between two staff members can really affect the server's mood. Also if a new member saw an argument they would see the server as a bad community and would probably leave. So I would simply try to apologise to the other staff member and try to make up, if they did not accept my apology I would simply ask if we could at least be civil, to not drive away players or bring the mood of the server down. If they even still did not want this I would being it to the HOS. [color=#2980b9]A TK went up to the Main Control Room and he pressed the Alarm, you're the first staff to arrive. What do you do: [/color]Ifreeze him, ask him why he did that and if he does not respond I find the correct punishment and do so to the player, if he has multiple warnings I would find the correct punishment for multiple warns and do the correct punishment [color=#2980b9]Anything else: [/color]Please even though I have no staffing experience look at my application and take into account the other factors that are positive, I can train to become a good staff member, and this server is definetly the right place to do it.
